(Tucson, Ariz.) Sept. 9, 2002 - After many years of EMI/RFI Filter research and design experience, TUSONIX now introduces the High Current 4702 Series Surface Mount C filters. These compact surface mount filters offer outstanding cost and space savings advantages and are one of the highest performing SMT filters in the industry.

The unique design of the 4702 Series filters makes it suitable for standard production soldering processes, and they are ideal where currents of 20A are required. The square body of the filter allows easy handling, positioning and soldering onto the PCB and are packaged on tape and reel for auto placement. TUSONIX's state-of-the-art manufacturing process results in excellent electrical and mechanical performance of these filters. Also, TUSONIX continues to offer the 4700 Series Pi Filter.
